STEP 2 - SET YOUR
BRIEF
Once your order has been placed, you will be provided with a form that will allow you to provide us with some information about your project and any specific details. Following this, you will be connected with a dedicated member of the BeyondVideos team, to confirm your requirements, and any other details you may wish to discuss.
STEP 3- Ship YOUR
PRODUCT
Once your project brief has been fully
confirmed with the BeyondVideos team, you will be able to to forward your product to us. As soon as your product has been received, we will get to work on bringing your vision to life. Once perfected, you'll receive your brand new video creative directly via email!
The BEYONDVideo Timeline
Here's what We Are Doing Behind the Scenes!
STAGE 1 - CONCEPTUALIZE
1 - RECEIVE PRODUCT
Once your product has been received safely at the BeyondVideos studio, it will be unboxed and inspected by a member of our team. We will then proceed with and placing it into our system and updating your project file. Your project will then be escalated to the scripting team!
2 - Scripting
After reviewing your brief and all specifications included and carrying out independent research on your product and your brand, Our talented Commercial Writers will use their creative skills to prepare an engaging script that delivers on communicating all of the necessary details for an outstanding video.
STAGE 2 - Production
3 - casting
Once your script has been perfected and approved by us, our Casting Directors will work hard in selecting the best suited talent to represent your brand and highlight your product. (Please Note: If your project requires a very specific demographic, this may result in an extension on production time due to actor availability).
4 - scheduling
Once our Casting Directors have the location and actors confirmed, we will then go ahead and secure the Shoot day for your project!
5 - pre-production

Production Day is when the BeyondVideos team is able to bring your concept to life! We spend hours in the studio, focused on producing high quality footage that presents your product in the best light. Once we believe we have captured all of the footage that we need, we review everything and have this forwarded directly to our Post-Production team.
STAGE 3 - POST-PRODUCTION
7 - editing
Upon receiving your RAW files, our Editing team sorts through all of the footage and works with skill to create the first draft of your video.
Once the first draft is complete, your video is analysed within the Editing team. They scrutinize every frame to see whether any necessary adjustments should be made before the video is approved and ready to be passed on to the Executive team.
9 - EXECUTIVE APPROVAL
Once your video is placed into the hands of the Executive team, the video will be re-analysed. If the video immediately passes all verification steps, it will be sent straight over to you. If not, it will be referred back to the Production and Editing teams to include any content that is still required. As soon as your video is confirmed to be at the BeyondVideos standard, it will be delivered directly to you!
10 - delivery
Upon approval, your brand new video creative will be delivered to you via email, along with any additional creatives related to your package. While we expect that you will love your new video as much as our team- we do provide up to 3 basic revisions upon delivery!

Within your Brief, we ask you to provide as much detail about your product and any specific requirements. We always try our best to meet all of your expectations, as long as they fit within our guidelines and your selected package.
DO YOU OFFER VIDEOS IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES?
Absolutely! We can provide video translation captions at an additional $125.
